HE WAS A NON-ARYAN A crowd outside the registry office at Mainz, Hesse, prevented a “nonArvan” man from marrying a Christian girl, says the Frankfort correspondent of the Times. The police 'placed both of them under “protective arrest.” Nazis have displayed a blackboard outside the Town Hall of a Hesse village on which the names of persons transacting business with Jews will be written. They have also warned farmers to refrain from trading with Jews. The gendarmerie at Brunau, birthplace of Herr Hitler, the Munich correspondent of the Times states, have arrested Ernest Falkncr, a German citizen and the Munich correspondent of the Daily Express, London, and the British United Press News Agency, on a charge of espionage.
