ADRIFT ON ICE-FLOE PLANE TO THE RESCUE (Received February 26, 2 p.m.) MOSCOW. Feb. 25. An aeroplane lias been dispatched to drop food and medicines on to a drifting ice-floe, which has broken away from the main icefield in the Caspian witli 400 fishermen and 190 horses marooned on it.

Ice-breakers will proceed to the rescue as the aeroplane directs.
