NICE CASINO FIRE
INGENDIAIMSM SLSPEGTED (Received November 25, 2 p.m.) NICE, Nov. 24. Tile £1,000,000 casino, Palais de Ylediterranec, which is on tire on the eve of the opening, was built by the American millionaire, Mr. Jay Gould. it took two years to build and was the most magnificent on the Riviera. Fire engines from Nice and other cities dashed to the scene. One collided with a car, overturned, and many persons were injured. The flames in tho ballroom and restaurant, which cost a fortune, have been quelled, but both rooms are ruined. Incendiarism is suspected.
