GROWING U.S. DEMAND ATTITUDE OF BANKERS (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received Nov. 24, 2 p.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 23. The Herald-Tribune to-day said the Federal advisory council, which advises the Federal Reserve Board, decided to prepare a document to distribute among member banks setting out the council’s opposition to the present monetary and fiscal policies. The Government advisory council, with countrywide representation, is said to be overwhelmingly in favor of sound money, as opposed to currency experimentation. A resolution said: “While the council is sympathetic with the general purposes of the Administration, it believes that these cannot be aecompiiafied by a currency of fluctuating values.”
