HALF-CROWNS ARRIVE (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Tho first instalment of New Zealand’s now silver coins has arrived in the form of half-crowns, and they will go into circulation immediately. The English coins in circulation will be replaced gradually as they come into banks by tho issue of New Zealand silver.
