MEXICAN INCIDENT (Received Nov. 23, 3 p.m.) MEXICO CITY, Nov. 22. Lee Tracy, the film star, has been freed through the intervention, of the Ambassador. Tracy, who was making a film to which much objection was voiced by Mexicans, had been ordered by the police authoritise to remain here pending further investigation of complaints that he “insulted the Mexican Government and offended public morals.”
