CONCERN IN N.S.W. RIVERS ALREADY OVER (Received Nov. 22 noon.) SYDNEY, Nov. 22. _ With some rivers already over their banks, flooding low-lying areas, there is a danger of Hoods in many inland towns, especially on the Darling tributaries. The prospect of further rain accentuates the danger.

At Walgett, workers with drays are standing by ready to throw up embankments to restrain the flood waters and protect the town. The river is rising rapidly. Moree also is seriously menaced.
