BARQUE FOR AUSTRALIA SEAMAN’S BODY FOUND (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received Nov. 3, noon.) LONDON, Nov. 2. The barque Parma, which sailed for Australia on October 4, has not been spoken since. A seaman’s body, wearing! a Parma lifebelt, was washed ashore at Deauville oil October 28, apparently having been in the water for 23 days. The Parma carried two passengers, Commander Bircham, who is seeking sailing data for the Admiralty, accompanied by his wife. The agents do not fear for the safety of the Parma. They think tho body may have been washed overboard and not rescued owing to rough seas.
