THE TREASURY RETURNS (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 10 a.m. RUGBY, Nov. 1. The latest Treasury returns show that tho ordinary revenue for the current financial year up to October 26 amounted to £318,734,323. At the corresponding date of last year, the amount stood at £311,570,954. Ordinary expenditure to that date for the current year totalled £377,644,382, as coiiipared with £407,790,332 tit the corresponding date of 1932. The returns show that for the first time since -May 27 the floating debt Inis been reduced below £1.(XX),000.000. It now stands .at £985,010,000.
