BRITISH NATIONAL DEBT FOREIGN DEBTORS (Received September 13, noon.) LONDON, Sept. IZ. A Treasury statement shows that the national debt on March 31 was £7,767,811,000. An accompanying list of loans still owing to Britain includes Russia, £1,118,972,000; Turkey, for Crimean War assistance, £2,260,000; and Egypt, £3.517,000, for Alexandria indemnities.
