PROTECTION FOR JEWS
POPE TAKES ACTION TERMS OF CONCORDAT (Received September 13, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 12. The British United Press Vatican City correspondent says Germany, besides ratifying the concordat, pledged herself to carry out a Papal memorandum insisting on no racial discrimination against Jews who have been baptised into Christianity.
The memorandum also demands that Jews shall bo treated with humanity in accordance with the principles of Christian charity.
