MILLIONS DIE OF STARVATION
VIENNA, Aug. 19. Cardual Inn vizor, Archbishop of Vicuna, issued an appeal to-day in which he said that millions had died of starvation in Soviet Russia in tjie last few months. In tho interests of tlie eternal laws of humanity, the cardinal said, the world should assist in a relief campaign which he considered necessary to save further millions from starvation and “its accompanying horrors of infanticide and cannibalism."
