MAGNIFICENT DISPLAY
NATIONAL DAFFODIL SHOW (Per Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., this day. The seventh annual show of the National Daffodil Society opened with a magnificent display of blooms. Held in conjunction with the local society’s annual exhibition, it is of unsurpassed excellence, a splendid season having favored the growth, of glorious flowers. Commenting on the display, Mr. J. L. Weightman, who has judged at the last two national shows, said he had never seen finer blooms than these in the North Island. The championship classes’ entries number 650.,
