KEEPER FINED £55 (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Jack Nam was fined £SO to-day for permitting premises to be used for the purpose 'of smoking opium, and £5 for obstructing the police when they made a raid. The only other person found on the premises was a Chinese, who was convicted and fined £l2 l€s for being there to smoke opium.
