FIVE MEN IN COURT (Far Pres* Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. j Tho theft of £l5O worth of jewellery from a house at Killinchy was the basis of tho main charge against five men to-day. There were 36 charges; in all, some alleging burglary, theft and receiving /sto(J\n property. The; accused were Kenneth Joyce Murray, 20, Charles Mitchell Newman, 22, Arthur Ernest Johns, 22, Lester Palmer Irving, 23, and Percy John Irving, 21. The case is proceeding.
