LEAVE TO APPEAL SOUGHT (Per Press Associfttmn.) WELLINGTON, this day. Mr Parry, counsel for .Edward Tarrant, is proceeding to Pietoo to-night in connection with proceedings which have horn instituted on behalf *.J 'Tailrant, who was found guilty of Dm murder of James Flood.
Applications will be made by Mr. Parry to the trial judge, Mr. justice Blair, for leave to apply to the Court of Appeal for a now trial, and for the judge to reserve questions of law for the consideration of the Court of Appeal.
