YOUNG MAN’S FRAUD (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. A story of how James Garfield Heath, 33, obtained the position of engineerclerk to the Kaikoura- County Council by means of forged testimonials was 1 elated in the Police Court this morning when he pleaded guilty to three charges of forgery and was connpitted to the Supreme Court for sentence. .1 loath was described as an electrical engineer, of Palmerston North. He did not retain the position long, resigning after a day or two.
