BROADCASTS TO CONTINUE (Received December 5, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 4. It is reported that the Soviet lias refused the request of the British Ambassador, .Sir Esmond Ovey, to cease broadcasting Communist propaganda, in Knglish, alleging that it is oniy broadcast for the benefit of British residents in Russia.
