DISCUSSIONS AT GENEVA (British Oflieiul Wireless.) lice. 10 a.m. RUGBY, Dec. 3. The Prime Minister, with Sir John Simon, on reaching Geneva, had a long conversation with Mr. Norman Davis, and later, Dr. Bones, general rapporteur of the Disarmament Conference, called upon them. The possibilities of a speedy resumption of the meeting of general committee of the conference were discussed. Mr. MacDonald continued his survey of disarmament questions in a conversation with M. Boncour. it is believed that Mr. MacDonald will take advantage of his visit to study the possibility of a convocation as soon as possible of the World Economic Conference.
