FRENCH REPLY TO U S. DANGER TO THE WORLD (Received December 3, o p.m.) PAULS, Dec. a Tho French reply to America renews tho urgent demand for the deferment of the debt payment and repeats tho reasons for this. The note adds that if the request implies safeguarding mutual rights it would be extremely grave if tho Lausanne solution was again questioned. A resumption of the payments before the general dissipation of tho depression would bo ruinous to the whole world, tho note points out.
