The bringing into production of F’O.CCO acres cf land between the llanji tihei and I’atea Rivers has been suggested bv Mr. Man 1 , Rangitikei counly eneineer. He suggests Hie bringing together of tins owners, mortgagees and Ttnemolnymeut Heard to arrange for the hoard to take over the scheme and turn Urn area into higher productive land. A deputation from the Wanmanui Development League is to place the matter before the Government.
