DISABLED EX-SOLDIERS (Received Nov. 30. 2 p-m.) VANCOUVER, Nov. 29. Refused police permission to parade, 2CO disabled war veterans assembled around tho Cenotaph, and hobbled along the sidewalks to tho military hospital to demand an increase of Government Veterans’ relief. . . The Disabled Soldiers’ Association officers repudiated tho parade.
