SIGNS OF RECOVERY
NEW SOUTH WALES CONDITIONS (Received Nov. 28, noon.) SYDNEY, Nov. 28. Speaking at Orange, the AssistantTreasurer, Mr. Spooner, said there were already signs-of the State’s recovery. There was, for example, a real reduction in the sum total of unployinent and an improvement in the. Government revenues, the tendency for investment in the, State, the return of money to New South Wales, and a revival of building activities.
