BEST KILLING YEAR
GOOD FREEZING FIGURES HAITI AND TOKOMARU BAY INCREASES ON PREVIOUS• YEAR Discussing the actual results of the last killing season in this district, in the. course of his address to-day to tlio shareholders in the Gisborne Sheepfminers' Frozen Aleat and Mercantile Company, Limited, Air. H. B. Williams, chairman oi' directors, quoted some illuminating figures as to the volume of stock dealt with at the Haiti and Tokomaru Bay works for 1931-32. He was able to report that the operations of the past year had effected a considerable improvement in the company’s position, and. on this subject Air. Williams stated : “Both Gisborne and Tokomaru Bay had exceedingly good killings, which, of course, one could expect after experiencing one of the best, if not the best, fattening seasons this district has had. The following figures speak for thornselves;
