EXTENSION PROVED CAPETOWN, Oct. 22. It is officially announced that a geophysical survey lias established that the Hand main reef continues beyond Kandfontein westwards for 40 miles. I here are great possibilities, but the values have not been ■ proved. Meantime, no companies are being iloated. The reef is overlaid by dolomite 2000 it. thick.
