POLAND’S ATTITUDE CLAIM TO REPRESENTATION (Received October 24, noon) WARSAW, Oct. . 23. M. Zalowski, the Foreign Minister, after discussions with M. Herriot, announced that France completely agrees to Poland’s attitude towards the proposed four-Power conference, namely, Roland’s approval of the conference, conditional on her participation, because changes in the Versailles Treaty are impossible without' Poland’s consent as a signatory. He added that Poland was shortly commencing negotiations at Dantzig to settle differences.
