LEPROSY IN INDIA
OVER 1,000,000 SUFFERERS (Received Oct. 26, 11 a.m.) DELHI, Oct. 25. Dr. Low, medical officer of the Dichpalli, Hyderabad, leper homo, says there are at least 1,000,000 lepers throughout India. Ho confesses that the treatment is still in'its infancy, but believes that tho malady is controllable with a central organisation.
