TRUCK GOES OVER BANK
DRIVER'S NECK BROKEN (Pur Press Association.) CAMBRIDGE, this day. l«ite yesterday afternoon, on the fiorahora-Maungatautau road, a light motor truck owned and driven by Alfred William Head, 54, a married man, a farmer, skidded in loose metal arid capsized down a steep gully. The vehicle fell about 50ft., somersaulting several times. The driver was killed, sustaining a broken neck. Head's wife and son also were in the truck, hut were not seriously injured, though severely shaken. The vehicle was badly smashed.
