JURY FAILS TO AGREE SYDNEY, April... 1.5. At the trial at Narrabri of Paul Minel cm a charge of murdering his camp mate, whose dismembered body was found in a creek on November 11, the jury ‘"ailed to agree and were locked up lor the night. On November 10, two rabbiters discovered a bag containing a man’s body with the head and shoulders missing. The skull was found a few days later, and on March 15, Paul Minel was charged with the murder of James Smith in August.
