PATRICIDE ALLEGED
BATTERED BODY FOUND SYDNEY, April 15. James Charles, 79, was discovered dead in a paddock in the Windsor district. His head was terribly buttered. The body was covered with a neatly folded bag. The police and doctors are of opinion that it is a ease of murder. Cecil Charles, 53, who lives in a hilt near the scene, informed the police that his father had been missing since* yesterday. He can furnish no motive for the murder. The police to-night arrested Cecil Charles on a charge of murdering his father.
