THREE MEN ACQUITTED
SYDNEY SHOOTING SYDNEY, April 15. Three men arrested on a charge of house breaking, when J. Prendergast was fatally shot on March 27, were to-day acquitted. Airs. Barry, the central' figure in this case, stated that the three accused wore not present when Frendergast was killed.
