FINANCE FOR AUSTRALIA SYDNEY, April 13. No offers have boon received by the Federal Government, nor has any consideration been given to the matter, said Mr. ■Scullin, when questioned regarding a cable from London that a spectacular proposal had .been made by a British and Australian financial group associated with powerful United States interests, whereby a powerful £20,000,000 fund would be established to rehabilitate overseas finances and bring the exchange back to normal. The Prime Minister "added that Australia would approach the overseas money market as soon as an opportunity presented.
