CABINET RESIGNS TO-DAY ADELAIDE, April 13. Tho election counts now show that Mr. Mcintosh, Commissioner of Works, retains his seat, which had been precarious, but Mr. Jenkins, Minister of Local Government, has been defeated. Labor now has 30 seats, Liberals 12, Country Party 2, and two scats in Flinders still doubtful. • • The Butler Miuistery will resign on Monday. The Labor Party meets on Wednesday to select a Cabinet.
