UNREST CONTINUES
AFGHANISTAN REVOLT CONSPIRATORS ARRESTED DELHI, Feb. 9. Prince Ainin Jan, ex-King Amanullah's brother, and Sardar Odoul Hakim Khan, a former Afghan trade agent in Peshawar, were dramatically arrested at Peshawar by the Government of India on the eve of crossing the frontier to raise the Rhinwari tribesmen against the present king, Nadir Khan, in favor of Amanullah's brother. The time chosen for the revolt was most opportune, as Kabul at present is experiencing the worst winter for 30 years, yesterday's temperature being 20 degrees below zero, and heavy snowfalls rendering impossible the movement of troops to Jalalabad, the stronghold of the .Shinwans.
