WITHOUT PASSPORTS
TWO WOMEN DETAINED (Received August 14, noon.) ADELAIDE, August 14. Police and Customs officials detained two voung women without passports on the steamer Bombala. The vessel recently was purchased by Greek interests for the Mediterranean trade, and is now en route to Alexandria. How the women came to be on board is an official mystery.
