A writer in the Christchurch Star says: "The New Zealand Cricket Council actually proposes to send a side to England in 1931, when the West Indies team will also be visiting the Old Country. If tho New Zealand-council's proposal is carried out the loss sustained on the last tour will be but a flea bite compared to the loss which will be sustained on the next."
