THo Wellington Presbytery, ah its meeting, passed a. lengthy resolution condemning the Railway Department, the Wellington .City Council, and the Eastbourne Borough Council for commercialising Sunday hy organising ex euvston trips on that day. The resolution contends that bodies so doing are contravening the aim of the law thereon, and are thereby going be yond their due prerogatives.
