The condition of Mr. C. Handle, who was seriously burned during the fire at his premises last week, was reported this morning to be causing a little less anxiety, although still critical. General Gourand, military governor of Paris, who lost an arm in the war, arrived in London on Saturday to lead a pilgrimage of 000 French ex-service-men to the Cenotaph..—British Official Wireless. (
