The Hawke 's Bay senior and junior cricket teams, which arrived in Gisboruo on Friday evening, have been unfortunate in experiencing unfavorable weather during the whole of their visit. No play was possible on Saturday, but the members of the teams stayed over the week-end with the hope of being able to take the Held today. After it was found that play was out of the question the teams made preparations to return to Napier. The visiting cricketers, however, report that their stay was made an enjoyable one by the hospitality oxtended by local followers of the game. The visitors were entertained at a dance in the City Hall on Saturday evening, the function being well attended and a most pleasant one.
