EXPLOSION IN TUNNEL
THREE MEN INJURED y (Per Press Association.) TAPMARUMJI, last night. As a result of an explosion in a Public Works tunnel op tile Stratford main trunk railway lino near Ohura, three men. James'Delany, Michael llemiessy and Woods, were injured. The injured men were, taken to Okalmkurn by train and thence by ambulance to Taumaruuui 'Hospital. ! The. explosion was the. result of a misfire of a shot in Mangataro tunnel, nine miles ironi Ohurti. Woods was badly bruised and cut about the face, one eye being endangered. Henessy had similar injuries of a- less serious nature. Delany had' cuts and bruises TAUMARUXLT, this day. .Hennessey and Woods received penetrating wounds in the eyes and were sent to the Waikato Hospital on Saturdav night for treatment by a .specialist,
