The death has occurred of Mr Harry Ambrose Russell, aged 6'4 years, senior pinlner in the legal firm of Sly and Russell, - chairman 'of the Daily Telegraph (V,., and deputy chairman ol San Newspapers. SIR WILLIAM MAXWELL (Australian Press Assn.—United Service.) •(Received February 11. 1 p.m.) LONDON. Fch. 10. The death has occurred, of Sir William Maxwell. Hie Scottish co-operative leader. The late Sir William Maxwell was W years of age. He was president of the' Scottish ' Co-operative Wholesale Society from 1880 to 1908, of Hie Internation Co-operative Alliance from 1907 to 1921. He bad been married three times.
