INDIAN COMMISSION
PERSONNEL ANNOUNCED BULL INQUIRY PROMISED (N.Z., and A.P.A., and Sun,) (Received Nov 9, 2 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 8. Air. Baldwin, in a statement in the House of Commons, said the Government anticipating the date of the appointment of the Royal Commission to inquire into Indian responsible govern incut had appointed the following: Sir .Tollit Simon, chairman, Lord Burnham and Lord Strathcona, and Messrs. E. Oadogan. S. Walsh, (L IL Lane-Pox, and Major C. R. Attlee, M’s.P. Parliament would not ho asked to adopt the commission’s report .without a full opportunity for an expression of Indian opinion of all schools. Therefore it was proposed to refer the report to a joint committee of both Houses.
