E. Oadogan. S. Walsh, (L IL Lane-Pox, and Major C. R. Attlee, M’s.P. Parliament would not ho asked to adopt the commission’s report .without a full opportunity for an expression of Indian opinion of all schools. Therefore it was proposed to refer the report to a joint committee of both Houses.
