EAGLE ATTACKS BABY
WOMEN'S DESPERATE FIGHT. CLACKMANNAN, Scotland, Aug. 27. ' An eagle attacked 2-year-old Betty Patterson five times while she was walking with her mother and a woman friend just outside the town. On each occasion the women had the greatest difficulty in preventing the bird from carrying tiff the child, and it was not until workmen came on the scene with sticks that it was driven off.
