WOMEN APPLAUD VERDICT

Women applauded vigorously to-day when the Court decided that when a wife lakes money from Iter husband s pockets site is hot guilty of larceny. v And having gone so far the Court decided to do the thing properly. After all. it said, a (ill or cash register was hut another pocket so far as a 'rile is concerned, and fherclere a wife is no more guilty when she empties her husband's cash register than when she empties his pockets. These liuilmgs to-day resulted in Mrs. Hetty Lang leaving the Court till smiles, and Lang uttering language which all hilt sent, him back lo Court as defendant instead of prosecutor.
