NEW PLYMOUTH, last Tllglit. The -Supreme,Court opened to-dayi before Mr. Justice Alpers, who congratulated the district oil its comparative immunity from crime, there being only three criminal cases. Found guilty of common assault on a young girl, Thomas Raymond Casey, farmer, was fined £10; Charlie Kopiliuki admitted breaking, entering, and theft, and John Matthews pleaded guilty To theft. Both xvill bo sentenced to-morrow.
