(Received August 1. 10.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, August 1. • Efforts of the Seamen’s Union to provoke further trouble on the Forsdnle apparently were futile:, as no difficulty was experienced when the vessel arrived yesterday. Officials of tlie Union addressed a meeting of watersiders prior •to the arrival and endeavored to induce .them to refuse 1 work. However, a resolution was carried in favor of working* the boat.
