SCULLING CHAMPIONSHIP.
HANXAN DECLINES TO ROW. (Per Press Association.) BLENHEIM, last night. Hannan is not competing in the Dargaville sculling race. He claims he is the Australasian champion and no race for the championship can take place without his sanction. He flatly declines to row McDevilt again.
