(Reuter's Telegram.) (Received April . 28, 1.10 p.m ) PARIS, April 27. A French communique states : There was a fairly lively . artillery struggle south of St. Quentin, m the sector Nanteuil-Lafosse- Saucy, and m the direction of . Ojllleaubois. -
The Germans at night attempted raids and made partial attacks at various points on our front, .which, were easily beaten back by machine-guns and grenades, with enemy losses, notably at the western edge of '' the . forest of St. Gobain, and m the sector of Rhetms, northwest of Auberive.
We _made several successful minor operations m the Tegion of Hurtebise and Czerny, gained ground, and took prisoners.
We carried several portions of trenches on Moronvillers massif, and occupied a ' point d'appui east of Mont Sensnom.
We raided German lines at Bois lo Pretro, inflicting heavy losses on the enemy. We have taken 130 guns since the 16th.
