BRITAIN'S COAL OUTPUT.
| NEEDS OF NATION AND ALLIES NOT BEING MET. (The Times.) (Received July 22, 9.20 a.m.) '; LONDON, July 21. The Admiralty has informed the South Wales miners that the coal output of the United Kingdom has fallen thirtyfive million tons since the war, whereas tlie national and Allied demands have necessitated twenty million more than before the war.
