DISGUSTED WITH NORWAY.
GERMANS TALK TO BLOOD RELATIONS. (The Times.) (Received July 22, 9.20 a.m.) LONDON, July 21. Norway's attitude regarding the blockade disgusts the Cologne Gazette, which says : If it was not so immensely sad we might laugh at the idea that Nor wegians. after all the British^ sea tyrants' excesses, are still regarding England as the champion of independence of tho sriiall nations. This proves that Germany, when fighting for the freedom of ' th© seas, cannot reckon upon the northern nations, although they are blood relations."
